Our staff offers something that is missing in the nursing field today, the pride of being a nurse. Nursing has come a long way since the days of Florence Nightingale, but the standards and guidelines to care that were establish now should resonant in every person that bears the name of a nurse; and we should in confidence and pride, carry this title.
A nurse is by definition a person who cares for the sick or infirm specifically, a licensed health-care professional who practices independently or is supervised by a physician, surgeon, or dentist and who is skilled in promoting and maintaining health; this is the goal of every person at Angels of Mercy Home Health Services.

I know it’s highly unusual to send a review for the owner of a Home Health agency, but I had the pleasure of an assessment visit plus personal care by Luciana Stewart, RN,BSN,MSN. I was so impressed by her demeanor, her professionalism, her flexibility, her thoroughness, and her kindness that I just had to write this email. Because of Luciana, I feel totally comfortable and safe in the hands of her agency. I’m 81 years old, so I’m sure as time goes on I’m going to need more care than I need now. I am delighted to have met her, to of been cared for by her, and hopefully to know her for many years to come. Thank you, Luciana. I can’t tell you how much you helped me today. I feel like a new person. Thank you Angels of Mercy Home Care!
