My loved one has been in Depend briefs for a year, and able to roll over to assist in changing. Now, with advanced chf, rolling her is difficult and painful for both of us. I'm her sole caregiver. Is there a different type of undergarment or a different technique I can use? Can I roll her gently with a drawsheet?

Even if you used a draw sheet you'd still have to move the sheet to get to the skin and to the area you're working on. Are there bed rails on the bed? That makes it easier.

I commented on the post cwillie gave you the link to so I won't go into it all here but I think you'll be able to get the job done with a few helpful hints. Well placed pillows, maybe some foam wedges.....read cwillie's post and you'll get it figured out.
