Manager sent fabricated story to Mom's POA about another family member. Mom is treated poorly in nursing home. fracture back. expect her to walk. manager wrote email to poa fabricating story about sibbling screaming and causing trouble. Receptionist said sibble did not scream or cause trouble. They are trying to scare my Mom so she keeps quiet. please help

Direct your concerns to the POA. That person has a legal obligation to look into the allegations of neglect. In the mean time, take something to calm you down so you don't scream and yell during visits. Yes, you are upset, but behavioral outbreaks could get you banned from the facility.

Unless the Receptionist works 168 hours a week, how would she know what is going on? Maybe a sibling did cause an issue but how would that be your Mom's fault? How often do you visit the facility? Do you vary the times? Then and only then would you see first hand if anything is going on.
