You'll have to come to terms with the fact that physical violence towards you is not okay, even when it's due to disease. And that your sister needs a psych evaluation at the hospital where the proper meds can be prescribed to calm her down so she can be placed in managed care.

Next time she starts acting out, call 911 and have her transported to the ER. Tell the EMS people shes being violent and hurting you. When she's ready to be released, refuse to take her back home and explain that you cannot care for her any longer. The hospital social worker will have to find placement for her.

I'm so sorry for the terrible predicament you're in. Please take care of YOURSELF and get rid of anything your sister can use as a weapon on you, like knives and scissors.

Good luck to you.

Don’t ever place yourself in danger. For your safety and your sister’s safety, she needs to be placed in a facility.

I am very sorry that you are going through this challenging situation.

So sorry about this. It is time to move her into a facility, there is no other answer.

The time has come. There is no fixing the decline, you are no longer safe caring for her.

I wish you the best.
